The song 'What's Up' sang by the '4 Non Blondes' band made it to #14 on the U.S. charts, however, it did become a #1 hit on the Dutch Top 40 chart.
The band was formed in
1989 and it disbanded in 1994. Linda Perry who was the lead singer of the band, wrote this song which some people know as being the 'What's Going On' song, because those words are in the song.
